THE STATE OF TEXAS: TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN THE ESTATE OF KATHLEEN EUBANK TURNER, Deceased CAUSE NO. PR1-20-0103 COUNTY COURT AT LAW NO. 1 OF ROCKWALL COUNTY, TEXAS The alleged heir(s) at law in the above numbered and entitled estate filed an APPLICATION FOR DETERMINATION OF HEIRSHIP INDEPENDENT ADMINISTRATION AND FOR ISSUANCE OF LETTERS OF ADMINISTRATION PURSUANT TO §401.003 TEXAS ESTATES CODE in this estate on June 12, 2020, requesting that the Court determine who are the heirs of KATHLEEN EUBANK TURNER, deceased, and their respective shares and interests in such estate. Said application may be heard and acted on by said Court at any call of the docket on or after 10:00 A.M. on the first Monday following the expiration of ten days from date of publication of this citation, at the Rockwall County Courthouse, 1111 E. Yellowjacket Lane, Suite 403, in Rockwall, Texas. All persons interested in said estate are cited to appear before said Honorable Court at said above mentioned time and place by filing a written contest or answer to this application should they desire to do so. To ensure its consideration, you or your attorney must file any objection, intervention or response in writing with the County Clerk of Rockwall County, Texas on or before the above noted date and time.
