THE STATE OF TEXAS- To all known heirs of CARMEN R. CARRIZALES. , Deceased- Cause No. 2021PC0050 Probate Court , Comal County, Texas- YSIDRO CARRIZALES, filed an Application to Determination of Heirship and Letters of Independent Administration in the above-numbered and –entitled estate on February 2, 2021, requesting the Court to determine who the heirs and heirs of CARMEN R. CARRIZALES, Deceased and respective shares and interest in such estate. - All persons interested in said estate are hereby cited to appear by filing a written answer contesting the petition should they desire to do so. The court may act on this application at any time at the Comal County Courthouse, 199 Main Plaza Ste.1013, New Braunfels, TX 78130, on the first Monday after 10:00 A.M. on the Monday next following the expiration of ten days from the publication date of this citation. Therefore, to ensure consideration, any contest, answer, or other response must be filed with the Comal County Clerk in cause number 2021PC0050, styled CARMEN R. CARRIZALES on or before the above-noted date and time. If this citation is not served within 90 days after it is issued, it must be returned unserved.
