GREETINGS: You said DEFENDANT are Hereby Commanded to appear by filing a written answer to PLAINTIFF'S ORIGINAL PETITION before the 141st District Court of Tarrant County, Texas at or before 10 o'clock A.M. of the Monday next after the expiration of 42 days from the date of issuance of this Citation, said Monday being March 22, 2021 , then and there to STEVE CUMMINGS as Plaintiff Filed in said Court on December 07, 2020 Against TIMOTHY BEARD as Defendent Said suit being numbered 141-322009-20 on the docket of said Court, the nature of which demand is as follow, to-wit: SEE ATIACHED: CITATION BY POSTING OR PUBLISHING WITH SUMMARY.
