THE STATE OF TEXAS Probate Court COUNTY OF DALLAS CITATION BY PUBLICATION CAUSE NO. PR-20-01891-1 TO ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS and ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN THE ESTATE OF Curtis L. Edwards, Deceased, are cited to be and appear before the Probate Court of Dallas County, Texas at the Renaissance Tower, in the City of Dallas, on the first Monday after service hereof is perfected, to wit: Monday, August 10, 2020, to answer the Application for Court Created Independent Administration and for Letters of Independent Administration pursuant to Section 401.003 of the Texas Estates Code and for Determination of Heirship filed by Pearlie M. Edwards, on the June 22, 2020, in the matter of the Estate of: Curtis L. Edwards, Deceased, No. PR-20-01891-1, and alleging in substance as follows: Applicant alleges that the decedent died on June 01, 2017 in Dallas, Dallas County, Texas, and prays that the Court hear evidence sufficient to determine who are the heirs of Curtis L.
