THE STATE OF TEXAS Probate Court COUNTY OF DALLAS CITATION BY PUBLICATION CAUSE NO. PR-19-00102-1 TO ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS and ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN THE ESTATE OF Jozsef Nagy, Sr., Deceased, are cited to be and appear before the Probate Court of Dallas County, Texas at the Renaissance Tower, in the City of Dallas, on the first Monday after service hereof is perfected, to wit: Monday, August 17, 2020, to answer the Application to Determine Heirship (After 4 Years) filed by Teresa M. LaCella, on the June 15, 2020, in the matter of the Estate of: Jozsef Nagy, Sr., Deceased, No. PR-19-00102-1, and alleging in substance as follows: Applicant alleges that the decedent died on February 14, 2013 in Dallas, Dallas County, Texas, and prays that the Court hear evidence sufficient to determine who are the heirs of Jozsef Nagy, Sr., Deceased. You are hereby notified that the testator’s property may pass to the testator’s heirs if the will is not admitted to probate. You are further notified that the person offering the testator’s will for probate may not be in default for failing to present the will for probate during the four-year period immediately following the testator’s death.
