CITATION BY PUBLICATION THE STATE OF TEXAS TO: ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS IN THE ESTATE OF: PATRICIA SANDOVAL, DECEASED CAUSE NO. 2020-PC-0142, County Court at Law OF GUADALUPE COUNTY Pamela Villalon, in the above numbered and entitled estate, filed on July 30, 2020 a Pamela Villalon’s Counter-Application to Determine Heirship, for Independent Administration and Letters of Independent Administration Pursuant to Section 401.003 of the Texas Estates Code, said application requesting that the Court Declare who are the Heirs and Only Heirs of PATRICIA SANDOVAL, Deceased, and their respective shares and interests in this estate. Said application may be heard and acted upon by said Court at any call of the docket on or after 10 o’clock A.M. on the first Monday next after the expiration of ten days from date of publication of this citation, at the Guadalupe County Justice Center in Guadalupe County, Texas. All persons interested in said estate are hereby cited to appear before said Honorable Court at said above mentioned time and place by filing a written consent or answer to this application should they desire to do so. To ensure its consideration, you or your attorney must file any objection, intervention, or response in writing with the County Clerk of Guadalupe County, Texas, on or before the above-noted date and time. The officer executing this writ shall promptly serve the same according to requirements of law, and the mandates hereof, and make due return as the law directs. If this citation is not served within 90 days after the date of issuance, it shall be returned unserved.
