JONES, DECEASED, TO ENFORCE THE PROVISIONS IN THE DECLARATION OF COVENANTS, CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS FOR CHAMPION SPRINGS, SECTION FOUR, WHICH WAS RECORDED IN THE REAL PROEPRYT RECORDS OF HARRIS COUNTY, TEXAS ON JANUARY 26, 1998 UNDER HARRIS COUNTY CLERK’S FILE NO. S829947, AGAINST THEIR PROPERTY COMMONLY KNOWN AS 17111 VALLEY PALMS DRIVE, SPRING, TEXAS 77379. BEING LEGALLY DESCRIBED AT LOT EIGHTY-EIGHT (88), IN BLOCK FIVE (5), OF CHAMPION SPRINGS, SECTION FOUR (4), A SUBDIVISION IN HARRIS COUNTY, TEXAS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OF PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN FILM CODE NO. 391059 OF THE MAP RECORDS, HARRIS COUNTY, TEXAS Notice thereof shall be given by publishing this Citation once a week for four consecutive weeks previous to the 5TH day of OCTOBER 2020, in some newspaper published in the County of Harris, if there be a newspaper published therein, but if not, then the nearest county where a newspaper is published, and this Citation shall be returned on SEPTEMBER 30th ,2020 which is forty two days after the date it is issued, and the first publication shall be at least twenty-eight days before said return day.
